The legal stuff
We are regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of regulated claims management activities CRM2506;
our registration is recorded on the website www.justice.gov.uk/claims-regulation, and by the Office of Fair Trading (soon to be FCA from April 2014) for the provision of debt adjusting and debt advice.
Please remember, you are free to make any complaint regarding mis-selling of PPI directly to your provider yourself.
